1. About Trollen.in

Trollen.in is an India-based platform that provides downloadable Malayalam movie comedy clips and other short video clips intended for content creators, meme creators, and troll video creators.

Our platform allows users to:

  • Browse and preview video clips
  • Download clips (login required)
  • Use clips for creative content creation
  • Access the entire library for free (Open Access Model)

2. User Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, OR
  • You are using the website under parental / guardian supervision
  • You agree to comply with Indian laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To download videos, users must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not share your login credentials with anyone
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Single Session Policy: To ensure security and fair usage, an account may only be logged in on one device / browser at a time. If a new login is detected, the previous session will be automatically invalidated.

4. Open Access & Service Model

Trollen.in has transitioned to an Open Access Model. All previously offered subscription plans and free trial limitations have been removed. The service is now free to use for all registered users, supported by advertisements and community donations.

5. Monetization: Ads & Donations

To cover server maintenance (AWS), hosting, and development costs, the platform utilizes:

  • Third-Party Ads: The website displays advertisements. By using the service, you agree to the presence of these ads.
  • Voluntary Donations: Users may support the project via voluntary donations. These are non-refundable and do not grant any special status or additional rights. Donations can be made via UPI or other provided secure methods.

6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure a fair and stable experience for all users and to prevent automated scraping, Trollen.in enforces a daily download limit per account.

  • A daily download limit of 25 video downloads is enforced per user account
  • The counter resets every 24 hours at midnight
  • Downloads of videos already downloaded on a given day are not counted again
  • The exact daily limit may be updated by the platform administrators at any time via the Admin Dashboard.

Attempting to circumvent this limit through automated tools, multiple accounts, or any other means is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

8. Refund Policy

Since Trollen.in is now a free-access platform and no longer offers paid subscription plans, payments are no longer collected for services. Any voluntary donations made to support the platform are non-refundable.

9. Content Usage

Users ARE allowed to:

  • Download clips for personal use
  • Use clips to create troll videos and memes
  • Use clips for social media content and commentary

Users are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell or commercially redistribute clips
  • Re-distribute clips as part of a competing service
  • Upload clips to other download platforms
  • Share account access with others, publicly or privately

10. Copyright Disclaimer & Takedown Policy

Trollen.in does not own the original video content. The clips provided are short excerpts (10-15 seconds) sourced from publicly available content (including but not limited to Sun Pictures, Asianet, Netflix, Hotstar, and other production houses) intended for commentary, meme creation, creative editing, and fair-use purposes. All rights belong to their respective copyright owners.

Content Removal: We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner and wish to have any content removed, please contact us at support@trollen.in. We will review and act on valid requests to permanently remove content within 24 to 48 hours.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 service availability. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Zero downtime or uninterrupted access
  • Immunity from server or infrastructure issues

12. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts if we detect:

  • Misuse or abuse of the platform
  • Account credential sharing or attempts to circumvent the Fair Usage Policy
  • Any other violation of these Terms

13. Limitation of Liability

Trollen.in shall not be liable for content misuse by users, data loss due to technical issues, or third-party claims arising from your use of our content. Use the platform at your own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
